Mr. Dejan Brankovic launched his career designing his own clothing and managing his style consultancy business. Over the years, he collaborated with more than 50 international beauty and fashion brands as well as highly motivated and passionate Brand and Retail Education Managers. These professional experiences allowed him to develop extensive knowledge of the industry’s inner workings and witness first-hand the various recipes for success.

He is a strong believer in philanthropy and the transmission of knowledge. He actively participates in human development projects empowering women and supporting the inclusion of sensitive and vulnerable groups of children integrate into society through access to education, skills training and charitable donations.

Mr. Dejan Brankovic’s passion for education, professional development and personal empowerment led to the creation of the Continuous Process Improvement Program, a teaching method which emphasizes interactive and creative learning.
