Mental health and wellbeing have become an urgent priority with the significant disruptions to work and life as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. This is the most important time in history, when mental wellness is more critical and vulnerable than ever.

Taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is a priority. The good news is that it’s not hard to take care of your mental health and wellbeing to make yourself happy if you’re willing to make positive changes and self-care activities. Most of them don’t cost any money, so anyone can do them.

It’s a proven fact that happiness improves our physical health and quality of our lives.

People are obsessed with happiness; everyone wants to be happy.

The problem with happiness as a feeling is that it is temporary, in some cases momentary, and you need a program/guide that works for you when things aren’t going well.

We can compare happiness with going to the gym. You don’t go to the gym once to get fit, you have to keep going in order to stay fit. Or similarly, if you are on a diet for one day, you won’t lose a lot of weight. It’s a continuous process, and we need to keep working at it.
